5 ways that ruin relationships!!

The negative attitude that “men are all the same” or “women just can’t do anything right” does a pretty good job of embedding itself into our minds and ultimately ruining our relationships.

It’s normal to get to that stage in your relationship where you feel completely at ease with each other. When you get so comfortable that you neglect your friends, your manners and your hygiene though, things can start going downhill. Here are five of the most common everyday habits that you must avoid for the sake of your relationship.

Relationship habit 1: Letting yourself go
The more time we spend with our partner, the more comfortable we feel around each other. When we first met them, we strutted around looking gorgeous and acting like butter wouldn’t melt until suddenly, we became comfortable with each other and boom – we look like we’ve just stepped off the set of The Walking Dead and our manners are nowhere to be seen. Sound familiar? While your manners and appearance can inevitably become a little less controlled when you’re spending a large amount of time with that one special person, it’s important to make a conscious effort to still impress your partner every now and again. You don’t have to walk around looking like a perfectly preened superstar and speaking like a queen, but making an effort to scrub up and watching your manners can go a long way in keeping the spice in your relationship.

Relationship habit 2: Being overly lovey-dovey
It’s not a good sign when you’re constantly texting your other half saying “I love you” (just in case they forgot about when you said it ten minutes ago), or you won’t leave each other’s side because “you’re in love” (oh please, this is getting cringe-worthy now), and when you’re kissing passionately around the family dinner table…. eww, stop this! This kind of behaviour makes your friends and family squirm and can also be detrimental to your relationship. Yes schmudgy wudgy cuddle bum, I’m talking to you. All of that lovey-dovey-ness may feel great to start with, but too much of it can lead to these special gestures becoming less special and then we face the dilemma of expressing our love when our partner is used to lots of passion and confessions of love in their everyday life.

Relationship habit 3: Forgetting your friends
Have you ever had a friend who has suddenly partnered up with the guy/girl they’ve been raving about for the past few weeks and then you don’t see them again for months? Maybe that “friend” is actually you? We’ve all probably been guilty of this at some point in our lives. Are you still with this partner now? Probably not (if you are, we’ve got to hand it to you for making it work.) No matter how much we love spending time with our other half, it’s important to keep in regular contact with our friends for the sake of our own sanity. Our pals remind us that there are other things going on in the world aside from romance, and they keep our feet firmly on the ground when we start getting swept off into romantic dream land. Spending all of your time with your other half usually ends up with you getting bored of each other pretty soon into the relationship and this is a recipe for disaster.

Relationship habit 4: Over-spending
Whether you’re a shopaholic who can’t cure your addiction to save for a new rug for the living room floor or you’re an avid gambler up to your eyes in debt and unable to pay your bills, both of these scenarios may eventually wear your relationship down. Maybe it’s your partner who has the spending problem? If your other half can afford to go out and buy a new car, despite having a perfectly functioning Ferrari on the drive, but then has to borrow money off you to buy food for the rest of the month it probably makes you feel pretty grim. Unless you nip it in the bud from the start, things will only get worse. Someone who isn’t grown up enough to be sensible with their own finances doesn’t rate highly on the list of favourable traits in a partner, as it can cause all sorts of stress and put a huge amount of pressure on the relationship in the future.

Relationship habit 5: Bad-mouthing your partner
The negative attitude that “men are all the same” or “women just can’t do anything right” does a pretty good job of embedding itself into our minds and ultimately ruining our relationships. Indeed, both men and women are often guilty of tarnishing their partner with the same gender stereotyped brush, particularly during heated heart-to-hearts with their friends. Relationship expert Joy Davidson, PHP, explains that “these kinds of conversations embed a negative attitude in your head”, which may subconsciously permeate your attitude towards your partner in day-to-day life. In certain situations we have to accept that men are from Mars and women are from Venus so we can stop moaning about them and live together in harmony.

Ini Edo Pregnant?

FOR GIRLS ( a must read)

Growing up without a father isn’t easy, especially when you know that the person who fathered you is alive but out of reach or doesn’t care about your existence. Well some people had it easy, growing up with two parents, having to share their  childhood days with both mum and dad. But for others, its been just mum all the way. I guess its no strange reason why most children prefer their mothers.

Most teenage girls get into relationships, either with their mates, or older boys with the mentality that ‘he loves me’. He would do anything for me. Sure he would; most of them would do anything to get in between your legs. But then most of them want you for you and can give up sex just to be with you, honestly? Those kind of guys are really hard to come by.
Even the good ones, get sacred when they hear the words ‘Baby? I’m Pregnant’ that’s definitely a shocker for the guys, especially for the girl. But most guys don’t see it that way. All they think of is their selfish selves and how their lives are about to get more complicated.

We females suffer more. Its like an end to our lives, but at the same time a child is a blessing. But still it changes the life of that girl drastically. Most especially if she wants to keep the baby. Most times girls go in for abortion either because the guy denied being responsible or she just isn’t ready to give up on the life she has. I’m not in support of abortion by the way, neither am I in support of pre-marital sex (no offence though). But if you want to have sex before marriage? Do it the right way, use protection. I read on google recently about Anti Pregnancy Pills and their dangers. Most guys push females or maybe its the other way round, into using morning-after pills. With a little research done, I found out sex without protection is way more pleasurable than using condoms, no wonder most guys/girls dislike the idea of condoms. For most people, the sight of a condom turns them off.

When a young girl gets pregnant, and decides to keep the baby, its the beginning of a new path for her, a path which would be a lot smoother if the father of the baby accepts his responsibilities and carries it on. But then, most parents aren’t that understanding. I know of someone who her parents disowned when they found out she was with child, that aside, girls are left to carry the cross alone. During abortion, the girl might lose her womb or the worst, her life. And then what? The dude cries for a few weeks, and moves on. No guy would want to marry a wombless female, he might stick to her for a while and after that, he’s off. From what I’ve seen, guys don’t like to be tied down. I have gone through the experience of growing up without knowing my father at the early stage of my life. The only male figure in my life was my maternal grand father. I grew up knowing my dad had denied both my mother and brother when i was about a year old.

A young teenager who just graduated from secondary school, had to stay back home, put university on hold to bring the baby into the world. she got no support from her family, it isn't quite easy being a single mum. And I respect her so much for that, because she ended up raising such a wonderful child, though the father got into the picture at a later stage.

My advice for the girls is, do things the right way. Better be safe than sorry. Do things you wouldn’t regret at a later stage. Want to have sex? Use protection. They’re both female and male condoms in the market. If you scared of taking pills, make the guy do it. There are pills for guys too which I found out reduces the fertility of sperm cells to near zero. Girls don’t have to be the only ones taking these 'poisons' into their system. Sex is a two way thing. He should play his part too, after all they say the guy is the one who enjoys sex more.

The stuff written above, were not just random thoughts but are things which have happened and are still happening. I really don’t know if I made little or no sense, but Its better to play safe than try to fix the wrongs and consequences.

Stop Indiscriminate Consumption Of LĂbido Enhancing Pills:NAFDAC Warns Nigerians Again

Nigerians have been warned against the indiscriminate use of séx-enhancement pills by the National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) on Wednesday.
This warning was issued by the Jigawa state Coordinator of the agency, Kenneth Azikwe, in Dutse, the Jigawa capital. Mr. Azikiwe said that most of the libido drugs in circulation were not certified by the agency.
“The libido drugs in circulation are not certified by NAFDAC and the description on them is in Chinese and other alien languages,” he said. “Consumption of such drugs is harmful because its pharmaceutical composition could not be guaranteed” he continued.

NNPC borrows from 10 banks to clear $3.5bn foreign debts

By Henry Umoru with agency reports
ABUJA — THE Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation,  NNPC, is borrowing from at least 10 banks and using revenue from oil production to help clear a long-overdue $3.5 billion debt owed to foreign fuel traders.
Fuel subsidy payments totalling N94 billion have been verified for 23 marketers and “will be paid in the next few days.”
The Coordinating Minister for the Economy and Minister of Finance, Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, confirmed this, yesterday, in a statement issued by her Special Adviser, Mr. Paul C Nwabuikwu.
This came as the Senate denied, yesterday, that it approved the NNPC  loan, saying it had nothing to do with it.
“We are committed to paying all companies who deserve to get subsidy payments just as we will not pay undeserving firms. That is the mandate we have from the President,” Dr. Okonjo-Iweala declared.

Minister of Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala

The minister refuted media reports which alleged that the Federal Ministry of Finance was blocking verified payments to marketers.
The ministry, according to her, made the N161.6 billion supplementary budget for subsidy payments which had been approved by the National Assembly available to the Central Bank of Nigeria since the 31st of last month.
Okonjo-Iweala disclosed that the payments were presently going through the CBN’s processes which include the conversion of the dollar equivalent from the Excess Crude Account and would be concluded soon.
The National Assembly had grudgingly on Thursday, December 13, 2012, approved a N161 billion supplementary budget requested by President Goodluck Jonathan to settle fuel subsidy payments for the remaining part of the year to ensure steady fuel supply during the yuletide.
NASS did okay it — Senate
Chairman, Senate Committee on Media, Information, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, noted that it never at any time authorised NNPC to borrow any money, adding: “Under the law, no government agency can borrow money without the approval of the National Assembly.
We have to know before it was done first;  but then the question to ask under the circumstance is: what happened to the N161 billion supplementary appropriation approved by the National Assembly for government to take care of the shortfall in the fuel subsidy budget, particularly to ensure steady supply of petroleum product during the yuletide?”
Banks providing funds
According to a bank source close to the deal, the NNPC struck a deal led by Standard Chartered Bank at the end of last year to borrow $1.5 billion from a mixture of foreign and Nigerian banks over a period of five and a half years priced at 375 basis point over Libor.
The banking source told Reuters that the foreign banks providing funds include France’s BNP Paribas, Standard Chartered, Natixis, multilateral lender Afrexim Bank, a local unit of Standard Bank and Korea’s MMC, while the Nigerian banks were United Bank for Africa, Ecobank, FirstBank and Union Bank.
The top African oil producer’s NNPC owes major commodity trading houses, including Glencore and Mercuria, around $3.5 billion in unpaid fuel supply bills, according to a report last year commissioned by the Ministry of Petroleum Resources.
The last ditch deal is seen as crucial to easing the burden on big commodity traders facing the prospect of painful multi-million dollar write-offs on those bills and saving Nigeria from defaulting on the loans, which would have worried credit agencies that recently upgraded the country.
Loan used to avert downgrading
The $1.5 billion syndicated credit obtained by the management of the NNPC was purely a “commercial decision” taken by the corporation to pay off accumulated debts for petrol already supplied by foreign importers, and to save Nigeria’s credit rating in the international markets, a source at the corporation said yesterday.
According to the source, “the management of the NNPC took the last-minute decision to salvage our credit rating as the Ministry of Finance has not been forthcoming for months with payments to our major international suppliers like Glencore, Trafigura, Vitol and others who have been facing the painful prospect of writing off millions of dollars owed them as bad debts.
“If this had happened, our ability to access foreign loans as a country would have been impossible and, believe me, credit rating agencies, which upgraded us recently, would have downgraded or even blacklisted us as serial defaulters.
“It was our only option and it was purely a commercial decision and I don’t think we require the National Assembly’s approval to go ahead with it.”
It was purely a management decision to ensure steady supply of petrol and to save our face amongst our foreign partners,” the source, who asked not to be named in this report, said.
Explaining further, the source said the debt would be in NNPC’s books and not the Federal Government’s.
The NNPC over the years had been mismanaged leaving the corporation in huge debts. Reuters said it was struck towards the end of last year..
The loan, provided by several Nigerian and international banks, was brokered by Standard Chartered Bank.
The NNPC pledged 15, 000 barrels of crude per day as collateral with an agreement to pay the loan back in five and a half years.

Cyprus Club owner opens African Kitchen for Black mistress!!!

Cyprus club owner in Nicosia, opens an African Restaurant for his mistress, An exciting and fascinating thing to do for a young girl who is trying to make it abroad Especially in Kuzey Kibris. How she charmed her way in letting the club owner allow her use his club to do the African dishes is yet to be untold.

The sad part of this whole story is that after she had struggled hard to get this to pull through, she also used her hands to spoil her business with whatever she used to prepare those dishes. Some people say it was white maggi she used, others say it was the "thing" given to her from Africa to put in her dishes to bring more customers lol. So what will you call it? "portion gone wrong"?

As the report that got to me, The opening of the Wonderful kitchen, held few days back which a whole lot of black brothers and sisters went there to support their fellow sister had themselves poisoned by the food which was served, especially the pepper soup. It was a terrible thing because i believed she must have worked hard to get to this point and in the end she has chased her customers away.
A lot of people who visited the opening had so many complains about how they where food poisoned and how they have never felt that way before.

Please i urge ladies who have boyfriends to please cook to make your man avoid this disgrace because a lot of men could not go about their various activities the next day and day after, Its a sad story but true.

Warders not responsible for pregnancies in P/ Harcourt prison, says Controller

Port Harcourt – Mr Babalola Ogundana, the Controller, Rivers State Command of the Nigerian Prisons, said on Thursday that wardens under his command were not responsible for the impregnation of female inmates.
Ogundana told reporters in an interview in Port Harcourt that the affected expectant female prisoners were pregnant before their imprisonments. Investigation reveals that most female inmates in the state prisons are at different stages of pregnancy.
The controller said that male wardens were not allowed to visit the female section of the prison without being accompanied by a female warder. According to him “That allegation is not possible because all of them (female inmates) were pregnant before they got to the prison. When female inmates come in prison; we subject them to test to confirm if they are pregnant or not.”
“Those that are pregnant; we cannot reject them because they are pregnant. Once they are brought by a valid warrant of incarceration; we have to accept them. It is not possible because at no time will a male staff be with a female prisoner without a female staff.”
On reports that some female inmates were sometimes smuggled outside the prison walls for sexual orgies with male wardens and their clients, Ogundana said the allegation was “false and untrue” as the command always conducted a headcount of inmates in prison cells. (NAN)
“It is not possible because the warder knows that if caught in the act, the penalty is severe and so no staff will dare do it; this is a mere allegation. “If it is for medical purpose; it has to be certified by a medical doctor and in Port Harcourt prison; we have two doctors and there are a lot of nurses.”
On children who were delivered in prison, Ogundana said that such children were usually sent to their relatives after
18 months of been nursed by their mothers in the prison. According to him, in cases where there are no relation to accept the child; we usually hand them over to orphanage homes. (NAN)

JIM IYKE CALLS LINDA IKEJI 'A HERMAPHRODITE WITCH'

A couple of days ago, Linda Ikeji published a couple of pictures where Jim Iyke apparently flaunts his Chest and Six-packs(I mean, why take a shirtless picture if you're not showing off your muscles).
Well, like Linda predicted(well, anticipated), Mr Jim Iyke has come after her, by calling her a 'Hermaphrodite witch'. WOW!
Just in case you can't fathom what a 'hermaphrodite means. It is a human being endowed with organs of both sexes.

And a witch!. What's that all about?
Who knew Jim Iyke was so embarrassed of his six-packs?
Because all Linda did was just show them to the world.

And, what's with the constant name calling, Jim?
Just last year, he called her a 'sociopath.
Linda is yet to respond, and I'm certain she will.
Watch this space for more gist, as the drama unfolds.

Anne Macaulay: How and Why Tuface Proposed!!!

The wife of the iconic African pop star, Annie Macaulay Idibia has opened up on why Tuface Idibia begged her to marry him.

In a revealing interview she granted Jara, a TV programme on African Magic channel on DSTV, the singer’s wife reconstructed the scenario of how Tuface proposed to her and why he chose her among the other women in his life. Hear her:

“He called me up one morning that I should meet him in Lagos so that we can hang out. He said his friends are around and they want to take us out. So, I agreed to see him. I remember it was a particular friend of ours that was around that day, although I would not like to mention his name.
“And when I got to Lagos that day, he was like ‘let’s go to the club.’ When we got to the club, the place was totally empty. Obviously confused, I asked him, “baby, what are we doing here, it’s empty” and before I turned back, my brothers and friends showed up. I was so perplexed that I had to ask what everybody was doing around there and they said they heard we were there and they came.
“Just about few minutes after, Tuface picked up the microphone and I thought he was going to do all the normal hypes he does when he goes to the club. But he shocked me. He started saying things about how I have always been there for him since day one. How I have sacrificed alot for him. How I have cried and stood strong during his trying moments.
The truth is, he said so many things I can’t remember now. He said so many wonderful things that sent me into another world and I couldn’t even hear the other things he said.
“I didn’t even know when he walked up to me and he said “Please, will you marry me?” And I was like, “Can you imagine? What’s going on here?” he was saying so many things that I can’t even remember. It all blew my head.
“Although, it has not been easy since we had our traditional marriage. The truth is, it is not easy to be married to a superstar but I still live my normal life. Right now, I feel 24 hours is not enough for me because I have my husband, my daughter and myself to take care of. It has really been crazy and God knows I have been trying my best. I wish I have more time to handle all of this.
“Just because of the lack of time, I haven’t been able do my normal acting jobs. I would still go on to do it soon because my husband is very supportive of my career and everything I do. As a married woman, I would be more selective with the roles I take now. I would do away from controversial roles but that doesn’t mean if I see a good story line I wouldn’t do it.

“One of the reasons I would be careful with the roles I take up now is because I am married. And when you are married you have to be able to manage your career such that it won’t affect your home front. In any case, you need to learn some tips which will help you carry on in the marriage. But before that, you need to be sure that the man loves you as much as you love him.
Even if it is not as much as you love him, but be sure he loves you. You also need to be patient. Men are like babies and babies are very annoying. You need to scold them but you should pamper them more. You need to work on yourself so that you can be proud of yourself. Don’t fake anything.
“Very soon, Tuface and I plan to do our white wedding and you will all be invited and even though it will be something quiet. We don’t want to make too much noise about it. We just want a beautiful and memorable event.”

Efcc Vs Malaysia Yahoo boys

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has concluded arrangement to arraign Malaysia- based Nigerian Yahoo-Yahoo practitioners, Hope Olusegun Aroke and his accomplice, Tafida Garuba Ibrahim before a Federal High Court, Lagos tomorrow, Monday January 21, 2013. They will be docked before Justice Mohammed Idris on two separate charges of Money laundering and False Declaration of Assets.

Aroje was one of two Malaysia-based Nigerian undergraduate fraudsters arrested by the EFCC in the closing weeks of 2012 at the 1004 Housing Estate, Victoria Island,  Lagos following a tip- off. The 25 year-old indigene of Okene, Kogi State claims to be a student of Computer Science at the Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan University, Malaysia. But the Commission’s investigation fingered him as the arrow head of an intricate web of internet fraud scheme that traverse two continents.

CONFISCATED PROPERTY

His accomplice, Tafida Ibrahim is a Bureau De Change operator. Through him, Aroke was able to launder proceeds of multiple scams to the tune of over N31million. The duo enjoy a cozy business relationship that saw Ibrahim travel to Malaysia twice between September and October 2012 at the instance of Aroke.
When Aroke was arrested, a search conducted by EFCC operatives on his apartment led to the recovery of several items such as laptops, iPad phones, travelling documents, cheque books, flash drives, internet modem, and three exotic cars - a Mercedes Benz Jeep, One 4Matic Mercedes Benz Car and a Range Rover Sport SUV.
Operatives of the EFCC also downloaded over 80 implicating documents from the laptops recovered from him.

President Jonathan May Spend 7 Years Min. In Prison After Tenure

Respected for the accuracy of his predictions, Prophet Marcus Tibetan who is widely referred to as the Nostradamus of our time predicts that ten Ministers in the cabinet of President Goodluck Jonathan would be dropped this year for being ineffective and incompetent.

President Goodluck Jonathan, says the prophet, should pray against losing loved ones in this year 2013.These are some of the predictions of Prophet Marcus Tibetan, the Parish Head of Celestial Church of Christ, Elisha Parish, for the year 2013.

The President should pray very hard against a situation that would arise and make him spend at least seven years in jail after his tenure as President of Nigeria.

‘Four members of the House of Representatives will die this year and there will be two major air disasters in the months of May and June 2013!’
He further predicts that the Senate President, David Mark, should begin to wind up and prepare for his exit from politics as disgrace is imminent.

The Vice President, Namadi Sambo, should forget any ambition of being the Vice President of Nigeria again after this first term. Bamanga Tukur may be the last PDP Chairman as the party would suffer a lot of crises and setbacks in 2013.

Former President Olusegun Obasanjo needs to do more for the Yoruba race in particular and Nigeria in general. He should perform the assignment of putting the Yoruba race in the forefront with zeal as this could be his last assignment.
Prophet Marcus Tibetan’s earth shaking predictions for the year 2013 are presently being compiled into a book which will be in circulation within the first quarter of the year. The Prophet who is loved and respected in his native town of Ode-Aye has visited more than eighty countries.
His mastery of the Bible can be seen in his in exhaustive quotations from the Holy book.
The man of God is able to cure chronic diseases and ailments such as sickle cell anaemia and diabetes, amongst others.

6 secrets on how to make your woman feel sexier

Your role, therefore, is to make sure that your woman is always feeling sexy, because if she feels good inwardly and outwardly, she is happy and becomes an even better partner.

Women are naturally sexy. Sometimes they don’t need anyone or anything to feel exactly that. The problem with them, however, is that they easily get insecure. Insecure women are generally not happy women. If your woman is like that, you might notice that each time her confident shrinks, your relationship is shaking at about the same pace. Your role, therefore, is to make sure that your woman is always feeling sexy, because if she feels good inwardly and outwardly, she is happy and becomes even better partner.

  1. Comment on her. Each day, tell your woman what you love about her. And tell it in full detail. It could be how she moves her hips, or how she pouts her lips when she speaks, or how she flips her hair. It could also be how she wears a dress or a pair of jeans. Whatever it is that makes you head over heels in love, warmly tell her. Women enjoy being adored. And if it comes especially from you, adoration is like a drug to her.
  2. Touch her often. Never pass a day without doing little physical acts. Pat her back, rub her cheeks, touch her head, hold her hands, or kiss her. When she feels you are physically yearning for her, your woman will feel sexy and draw herself closer to you.
  3. Look at her in the eyes. Your woman can’t resist your gaze, especially if you are communicating how much you desire her. And if you look with desire, she is most likely going to feel sexy and look back with more desire.
  4. Whisper sweet nothings in her ears. There is something about the act of whispering that ignites a woman’s sexiness. It is probably because your face is close to hers, close enough to kiss her. Or it is probably because of the words and how they are spoken almost seductively. But whatever the reason is, make sure to whisper all the words she likes to hear.
  5. Buy her sexy clothes. If you want your woman to feel sexy, then make her appear sexy. Other than lingerie, buy her clothes that accentuate her curves and highlight her assets. Then make an agreement that she wears those items only when you are together. This will make an impression that you always want her to be sexy exclusively for you.
  6. Tell her straight she is sexy. Nothing can better make your woman feel sexy than telling her how sexy she is. She sure likes your little acts of affection, but it is your words she will appreciate even better. She wants to hear it from you, so give her that. But talk not only about her physical sexiness; it is better if you also talk of her quirks, her uniqueness, her sweetness, and everything else that makes her sexy in your eyes.
Always remind your woman of her sexiness. When she finds other girls sexier than her, tell her it is her sexiness that you are attracted to. That can do wonders to her mood and confidence. And that can improve your intimacy too.
